2nd interview with the ops manager of a large builders merchant….?

and i am looking forward to it but also would like to hear from anyone that can maybe help me. Im going for an Account Managers role and the agency dealing with the company have said that i need to get familiar with what ops do. thats fine as i know that the operations dept are the backbone of any company but im kinda stuck on questions to ask……help!

What do you expect from an account manager?
What are the biggest problems that you face with customers in general and in the region that you are covering?
What are the biggest problems that the company has with the product? How are customers reacting to the problems?

invoice for paypal fees?

Has anybody recieved a monthly reciept from paypal? I have a pro merchant account and my paypal fees amount to £100′s each month, but I am not entering this expense in my accounts as I have never recieved a monthly invoice from Paypal. How many other people are in the same boat and paying tax on earnings that they have not made?

Paypal will probably not offer you a monthly invoice on paper. You can see their fees on the website.

Accepting PayPal payments for internation transactions?

I have a buyer in the UK interested in purchasing 2 small paintings I have posted on the web. The site charges 25% if I use them to process the transaction. I am thinking of setting up a PayPal merchant account but I am not sure if this is the best way to accept payment. I am leery of an international check.

If you have used PayPal or another service to accept money, please let me know your thoughts and advice. Thank you!

There are certain amount of risks needed in order to do business on the internet.. You should weigh these factors in before you decide to sell using a paypal account..

on EBAY particulary Paypal doesnt protect sellers at all. The buyers have some protection so when selling make sure you arent selling to some deadbeat scum.
